1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using kolam4d's services in any form, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any or all of these terms, you are not permitted to use kolam4d's services.
These terms apply to all registered users as well as visitors who access the platform without creating an account. Continued use of the service following any update to the terms is considered acceptance of those changes.

2. User Eligibility and Account Creation
The kolam4d service is only available to users who are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and reside in a region where the use of online entertainment platforms is permitted by law. Users located in jurisdictions that explicitly prohibit online betting activity are not permitted to use this service.
Each user is only allowed to hold one active account. Creating more than one account as a single individual may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without a balance refund. Information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

kolam4d reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Identity documents requested must be original and valid in accordance with applicable requirements.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users must use the kolam4d platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in accordance with applicable terms. Any use of the platform for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and, where necessary, a report to the relevant authorities.
Users are prohibited from using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical mechanisms to access or manipulate the platform. Any attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt kolam4d's technical infrastructure constitutes a serious violation of these terms.
Content uploaded or communicated by users through the chat feature or any other medium within the platform must not contain material that is offensive, discriminatory, threatening, or in violation of third-party rights. kolam4d reserves the right to remove such content and suspend the account of the user in question.
4. Transactions, Payments, and Financial Terms
All transactions on the kolam4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users can make deposits and withdrawals via the available local payment methods, including but not limited to Dana, GoPay, OVO, and bank transfers through BCA, Mandiri, and BNI.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set based on the chosen payment method and may change at any time. As a general estimate, deposits via e-wallet typically have a minimum of around Rp50.000, but users are advised to always check the latest information on the platform's transaction page.
kolam4d is not responsible for processing delays caused by payment service providers or banks. Processing times shown on the platform are estimates and may vary depending on the conditions of third-party systems.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the bank account or e-wallet details they register. Any error in the data that results in a failed transaction is entirely the user's responsibility. Withdrawals can only be processed to the payment method registered under the same account name.
5. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
kolam4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account unilaterally if there is any indication of a violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, abuse of the bonus system, or other security-related reasons. A suspension may be temporary or permanent depending on the severity of the violation found.
Users whose accounts have been temporarily suspended may appeal by contacting the kolam4d support team. A re-verification process may be required before access is restored. In cases of permanent closure due to serious violations, any remaining balance in the account may be frozen in accordance with the applicable investigation policy.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been completed and any remaining balance has been withdrawn in accordance with the applicable terms.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Third-Party Links
All content available on the kolam4d platform, including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of kolam4d or parties that have granted us a license. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify such content without written permission.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including game providers or payment systems. kolam4d has no control over the content or privacy policies of those third parties and is not responsible for the user experience outside of our platform.
Using the kolam4d brand name, logo, or visual identity for commercial or promotional purposes without official authorization constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may be subject to legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability and Applicable Law
kolam4d provides its services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. We are not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, system downtime, or internet connection failures beyond our control.
The platform is not responsible for any financial losses experienced by users as a direct result of betting or gaming decisions. Users understand that all activities on the platform are for entertainment purposes and carry financial risks that must be managed responsibly.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
